Getting off on good looking women is not a bad thing. But we need your help making sure the hot women are also full, respected human beings instead of slut shamed puppets without agency.
I think (hope) it’s pretty clear I was being more than a little ironic in my Sucker Punch review, playing off the over the top “ARRG! ZACK SNYDER IS A RAPIST!” rage that was thrown at it when it came out. I don’t even think it’s a misogynistic movie, it’s just a dumb one, like if a 14 year old boy was given the money to make a film. I wasn’t sitting there fiddling with myself as I watched or anything.
Maybe my comments in the Bridesmaids review balance out the idea that I’m some women-hating monster, just a bit.
(I did ponder replying to this with “Thanks for your thoughts, toots *ruffles pretty little head*” but then thought better of it)

10 Minute Comics is taking a break for a couple of weeks. Fear not, I shall soon return to clog your Tumblr feeds with more badly drawn cum-jokes. (I’ll probably shill my books at some point too)
In the meantime, why not check out the project I did over the summer? Instead of pict-yors it has wurds, but if you dig the comics, you’ll probably dig this too. I spent the summer people-watching at the beach, and this was the result.
